Just like food a drink only can make with the perfect balance of its flavor. This is one of the aspects that inspire their work as a professional Alcohol Chef. Based in New Delhi, Navin Sharma Liquid Chef has become a respected name in the local mixology world. Their experience and showmanship are second to none. Mixing the old with the new, this cocktail genius can craft a perfectly prepared classic with a new twist or serve a completely original drink with basic ingredients and techniques.
Navin started bartending back in 2011 while he was working in Radisson, India. He was inspired to join the bar after seeing the Bartenders are creating different cocktails that were liked by almost every guest after spoken to the management team of the hotel and requested to move to the bar from the restaurant which was granted and soon he was the part of my dream Platform. Since then he has worked 3 different bars as the capacity of the head bartender. In his 10 years of the stint, He has opened two bars and created thousands of cocktails and spoke to almost all the nationalities. He has traveled to different countries and with his conversation with different people he learned different regional ingredients and their unique taste which can evolve a new flavor in cocktails.
Since he worked almost all the formats of the bar in India so to excel new ideas and to get, the deeper knowledge about the guest mindset he moved to the Maldives and started as a “Head Mixologist with Amari at the Thari bar” and worked almost 3 years during his tenure he has been recognized and promoted as Asst. Bar Manager and Later Assistant F&B service manager.
Currently, he is associated with The Residence Maldives, Dhigurah as Private Dining Manager.
